Eligible for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange may be accepted if:
- You received the wrong fabric or product.
- The fabric arrived damaged or defective.
- There is a clear fulfillment error from our side.
To qualify, the fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide your order details along with photographs of the issue if requested.
Items We Cannot Accept
Due to the nature of fabric products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Fabric that has been cut, washed, stitched, tailored, or altered.
- Fabric that has been used or worn.
- Fabric damaged after delivery by the customer.
- Customized or specially prepared orders.
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong color, quantity, or fabric.
- Returns due to change of mind.
- Fabric returned without its original packaging or in an unsuitable condition.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our customer support with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Approved returns or exchanges must be sent back according to our instructions. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the conditions above.

Who Will Bear the Courier Cost?
If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, Kamalia Khaddar will cover all applicable courier charges. We will arrange the replacement and bear the delivery costs associated with the exchange.
