Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, delivery address, product selection, and quantity.
We may contact you to confirm an order before processing it. Orders may be cancelled due to incorrect information, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other valid reasons.
Fabric Cutting
Fabric is prepared according to the quantity selected when ordering. Once fabric has been cut or prepared for dispatch, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
Please carefully check the selected color, fabric, and quantity before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide delivery across Pakistan through available courier services. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply if delivery fails because of incorrect information or repeated delivery attempts.
Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, payment must be made to the courier upon receiving the parcel.
Customers are expected to accept confirmed COD orders. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
